Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Whisk butter at room temperature with sugar, add the yolk, mix and add flour with ground hazelnuts. Knead the mass thoroughly - it should turn into small crumbs. We shift the shortbread dough into a mold, tamping it on the sides and at the bottom, put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
