Draniki is a dish made from ordinary potatoes with the addition of eggs, flour and salt. There is nothing complicated in its preparation, and the taste of the dish will delight even the most refined gourmets.
It is necessary
- - potatoes, 8 pcs;
- - flour, 4 tbsp. spoons;
- - 2 eggs;
- - salt;
- - onion;
- - oil for frying;
- - herbs, sour cream and garlic for the sauce.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash and peel potatoes. It needs to be grated on a coarse grater, squeezed thoroughly and drained.

Peel the onion, grate it on a coarse grater or chop it finely. You can also use a blender to grind this ingredient.
Step 3
Mix potatoes and onions, add two chicken eggs, flour and salt. Place a frying pan with vegetable oil on a hot stove and wait for the oil to boil.
Step 4
Place the pancakes in a skillet with hot oil. Thin them for better browning. Reduce heat and sauté each potato pancake on both sides for 4 minutes.
Step 5
It is best to serve the finished dish with sour cream sauce, for the preparation of which you need to mix sour cream with finely chopped herbs and garlic. If you don't like garlic or herbs, you can remove these ingredients and serve the pancakes with sour cream only.
