Coconut-spiced ice cream is a great homemade dessert that takes 20-30 minutes to prepare. Due to the fact that there is a little gelatin in the recipe, the ice cream does not need to be frozen for a long time in the freezer.
It is necessary
- - 300 ml of coconut milk;
- - 3 egg yolks;
- - 100 g creamy cottage cheese;
- - a bag of powdered vanilla sugar;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of butter;
- - 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and gelatin;
- - 10 drops of Rum flavoring.
Instructions
Step 1
Mix cottage cheese with egg yolks, cinnamon, powdered sugar with a mixer. Add softened butter, drip 10 drops of rum flavoring (food flavorings can be found in stores under Baking Items).
Step 2
Pour 150 ml of coconut milk into the mass, mix.
Step 3
Mix the remaining 150 ml of milk with gelatin, heat slightly - the gelatin should dissolve completely.
Step 4
Pour the milk and gelatin in a thin stream into the bulk, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Place the ice cream base in the ice cream maker for 30 minutes. If you do not have an ice cream maker, then put the mass in containers, put in the freezer. Due to the gelatin, the dessert will be ready quickly.
Step 6
Take out the ice cream, put it in the bowls, you can additionally sprinkle with cinnamon or decorate the delicacy at your discretion.
