- 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar or powdered
- 4 tablespoons brandy
- a few drops of lemon juice
- 2-3 drops of food coloring

Melt the granulated sugar in a ladle over low heat.

Stir continuously.

Add cognac and vanilla sugar to the syrup.
Step 4
Boil for 3-5 minutes.
Step 5
Remove the syrup from heat and add lemon juice and color to it.

Stir the syrup thoroughly.

Lubricate the lollipop mold with oil.

Pour the syrup into molds and leave to set.
