More than three years ago we came from Kyrgyzstan to the Kaliningrad region. At home, there were no problems with the preparation of lagman, tk. any product could be bought at any market, namely: jusai, green radish. In Kaliningrad, it is almost impossible to find jusai, and green radish is very rare. It is a pity that there is no plot of land to grow them. So I had to adapt the recipe for local products and I did it well, my husband is happy, and this is the main thing.
It is necessary
- -meat (any: beef, pork, chicken) - 500-700 gr.
- -bow - 2 pcs.
- - a package of frozen green beans - 400 gr.
- - bell pepper - 4 pcs.
- -tomatoes - 2 pcs.
- -carrot - 1 pc.
- - tomato paste - 1 tbsp. the spoon.
- -growth. frying oil.
- - spices, hops-suneli, ground sweet pepper, garlic - 2-3 cloves.
- -any greens.
- -spaghetti.
Instructions
Step 1
We warm up the cauldron, pour in vegetable oil, pour 1 tbsp. a spoonful of ground sweet pepper, and after a minute we spread the meat cut into small pieces. Fry until golden brown.
Step 2
Add chopped onions, carrots and peppers one by one. Next, beans and mashed tomatoes and simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
Step 3
Pour hot water about 1-1.5 liters into a cauldron with meat and vegetables to make a thick gravy, add tomato paste, spices, finely chopped garlic, herbs. Bring to a boil and turn it off after a couple of minutes.
Step 4
Ideally, do-it-yourself noodles. But this is not given to everyone. So I take spaghetti. Boil a pack of noodles according to the instructions. First put the noodles in deep plates, then pour the gravy.
