Step 1

Sift flour (if you wish, then several times), pour into a large bowl.

Break one egg into a glass. Add water almost to the brim, add salt and stir until smooth. Pour the resulting liquid mass into the flour. Stir well with a fork so that there is no flour residue. Add 1/3 cup vegetable oil and stir again.

Step 3

Knead not smooth dough. After the flakes stop falling off your hands and dough, stop kneading. Wrap the resulting dough in plastic wrap or a bag, put in a cool place for half an hour. In winter, the dough can be placed on the balcony.

Step 4

For the filling, mix the minced meat with the onion. Take the amount of onions one to one, but you can also to taste. Add an egg to the minced meat, salt and pepper, mix thoroughly. Pour in cold water for minced meat juiciness, stir.

Step 5

Place the dough on a work surface, divide into 2-3 parts. Roll each part into a layer and cut out the circles with a saucer. Try to roll out the dough as thin as possible.
