Branded granny village pancakes. Grandma always prepares them for us when we come to the village. They turn out to be very tasty, tender and fried.

Ingredients:
700gr. potatoes
300gr. fresh champignons
200gr. Luke
1 egg
2st. tablespoons of flour
Salt, ground pepper
Frying oil
Preparation:
Finely chop the onion, fry it in vegetable oil. Finely chop the mushrooms and add them to the onions, fry until the liquid evaporates for about a quarter of an hour.
We clean the potatoes and rub them on a medium grater. Add mushrooms, onions and flour to the potatoes, mix well. Next, drive in an egg, lightly salt and pepper, mix again.
