The words "diet" and "dessert" seem to be incompatible. However, everything should be looked for the right approach and show imagination. If you try, even a chocolate cake can be a wonderful dish, practically safe for your figure.
It is necessary

Step 1
Start your dessert by making a jelly. Pour 5 tablespoons into an ovenproof cup. orange juice and dissolve the gelatin in it. Leave to dissolve completely for a couple of minutes. Then place in the microwave for 1 minute (at a power of about 750 W). Allow the mixture to cool and add the remaining juice to it. Pour everything into a baking dish, refrigerate (about 2, 5 hours). When the jelly is completely set, transfer it to a dish. Wash the form.
Step 2
Combine the proteins with sugar and beat them with a mixer. Gradually add cocoa and baking powder to the resulting foam. Sprinkle a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with a teaspoon of cane sugar. Pour the prepared foam into it. Preheat oven to 150 ° C and place the pan for at least 25 minutes.
Step 3
Break the chocolate into small pieces and place in the steam bath. Add milk as it melts. Watch the dissolution carefully so that the chocolate does not burn or begin to curl.
Step 4
Cut the cooled baked egg whites horizontally into two halves. Carefully put the jelly on the bottom, cover the second on top and pour the prepared chocolate. Place the resulting cake in the refrigerator for a few hours. Dessert should solidify completely.
