It is necessary

    • Porcini mushrooms (4 pieces);
    • Water (1.5 liters);
    • Onions (2 pieces);
    • Carrots (1 piece);
    • Potatoes (4 pieces);
    • Lemon juice (2 drops);
    • Garlic (1 clove);
    • Salt
    • spices and herbs to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Pour 1.5 liters of water into a saucepan and put on fire.

Step 2

Rinse the mushrooms thoroughly and peel them.

Step 3

Cut 2 mushrooms into small strips and the other 2 into large cubes. Add them to a pot of water.

Step 4

Then dip finely chopped onions into a saucepan.

Step 5

After 30-40 minutes after boiling, add potatoes, previously cut into strips, to the soup.

Step 6

Cook for 20-30 minutes over medium heat.

Step 7

At the end of cooking, add 2 drops of lemon juice and a clove of garlic to the soup.

Step 8

Season with salt, pepper, sprinkle with herbs and serve with sour cream.
