Porcini mushrooms are great for preparing many dishes. Their main advantage is that they do not change color and taste during processing (cooking, drying, frying, etc.). Porcini mushroom soup is a very easy to prepare, tasty and healthy dish. It is literally impossible to spoil it.

- Porcini mushrooms (4 pieces);
- Water (1.5 liters);
- Onions (2 pieces);
- Carrots (1 piece);
- Potatoes (4 pieces);
- Lemon juice (2 drops);
- Garlic (1 clove);
- Salt
- spices and herbs to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour 1.5 liters of water into a saucepan and put on fire.
Step 2
Rinse the mushrooms thoroughly and peel them.
Step 3
Cut 2 mushrooms into small strips and the other 2 into large cubes. Add them to a pot of water.
Step 4
Then dip finely chopped onions into a saucepan.
Step 5
After 30-40 minutes after boiling, add potatoes, previously cut into strips, to the soup.
Step 6
Cook for 20-30 minutes over medium heat.
Step 7
At the end of cooking, add 2 drops of lemon juice and a clove of garlic to the soup.
Step 8
Season with salt, pepper, sprinkle with herbs and serve with sour cream.
