Delicious, aromatic and fresh pastries with a crispy crust can be prepared in the bread maker directly for breakfast. In addition to this wonderful apparatus, very few ingredients are needed to make mini-baguettes: salt, flour, yeast and water.
It is necessary
- - water - 1 glass;
- - wheat flour - 420 g;
- - dry yeast - 2 teaspoons;
- - salt - 1 teaspoon.
Instructions
Step 1
Place the ingredients for making baguettes in the container of the bread maker in the following order: water, salt, flour and yeast. Use warm water.
Step 2
Place the container with food in the bread maker. Choose the Baguette program and the crust color is low. Click on the start button.
Step 3
Remove the dough from the container after the second beep. Remove the agitator blades and divide the mass into 4 equal parts, from which form 4 small oval-shaped baguettes.
Step 4
Place the prepared bars on a special 2-tier baking sheet. Make 3-4 diagonal cuts on top. Dampen the surface of the dough with water.
Step 5
Place the baking sheet in the bread maker, press the start button and wait for the baguettes to cook. Let the buns cool without removing them from the baking sheet.
