How to make a salad with chanterelles

You will need:

- 500 g of chanterelles;

- two ripe tomatoes;

- one onion;

- two chicken eggs;

- 100 g sour cream (fat content to taste);

- a bunch of parsley and dill;

- salt.

The first step is to boil the chanterelles in salt water. To do this, pour a liter of clean water into a saucepan, bring it to a boil and put mushrooms in it. Cook for 30-40 minutes.

After the time has elapsed, fold the chanterelles in a colander, let the water drain, cool, then chop in random order.

Wash the tomatoes, peel the onions and cut the vegetables as small as possible.

Hard-boiled eggs and grate. Chop the dill and parsley.

In a deep bowl, mix all the ingredients, season with sour cream.

How to make a roast with chanterelles

You will need:

- 500 g of potatoes;

- 500 g of fresh chanterelles;

- 300 g chicken fillet;

- one onion;

- one carrot;

- 100 g sour cream;

- salt and pepper (to taste).

Peel and wash potatoes, onions, carrots. Cut onions and carrots into thin slices, potatoes into large slices.

Boil the chanterelles in salted water until tender (as soon as the mushrooms begin to settle to the bottom of the pan, it means they are ready). Throw in a colander and let the water drain, then cut.

Rinse chicken fillet, cut into cubes.

The next step is to fry all the ingredients. To do this, put the pan on the fire, pour oil into it and fry the ingredients in turn in the following order: chanterelles, fillets, onions, carrots, not forgetting to salt.

As soon as all the ingredients are fried (except for potatoes), they must be mixed, add sour cream, salt, pepper (if required) and simmer until all components are fully cooked.
