Funchoza and its origins

Asians call funchose white noodles, translucent noodles, Thai pasta or crystal pasta, which are made from rice, which is considered the basis of longevity. Funchoza has long been a favorite dish of Japanese ninjas, as it can significantly increase strength and strengthen the human nervous system. White vermicelli contains a large amount of vitamins of group B, PP and E, potassium, calcium, manganese, selenium, zinc, copper, phosphorus and iron.

Funchose contains eight amino acids, which are vital for the creation of new healthy cells in the human body.

Funchoza is rich in all complex carbohydrates, which provide the muscles of the body with a long-term energy flow. Also, thanks to carbohydrates in the body, the content of fats and sugar decreases, and energy is not lost at all. Thailand is considered the birthplace of funchose, the calorie content of which is 344 kcal per 100 grams of the dish, but it is widely used in Japan, China, Korea and other Asian countries. For most peoples, it is customary to eat rice noodles cold, but it is quite edible hot.

The use of funchose

By itself, funchose is a satisfying, pleasant, but tasteless noodles, which can be tasted with the help of various sauces. Traditionally, funchose is served with soy sauce, without salt or other ingredients, with pungent aromas that drown out the delicate aroma of rice noodles. Funchose is prepared in any way - by frying, boiling or cooking in broth, which imbues it with a delicious liquid and perfectly satisfies the feeling of hunger.

White vermicelli is considered an ideal side dish for any food, as it perfectly absorbs a wide variety of tastes and smells.

To brightly set off the taste of a dish prepared with rice noodles, it is enough to add a minimum amount of spices to it. Funchoza can be used in salads and soups, along with seafood, meat, fish and vegetables. It also goes well with dishes with fried mushrooms.

Since rice noodles are an excellent dietary side dish, they can be eaten in any quantity, taking into account the degree of their spiciness (restaurant preparation). This precaution is especially true for lovers of this noodle suffering from diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. Funchose salad, prepared independently and without the use of hot sauces, will not bring any harm to the stomach.
