Buckwheat porridge is an incredibly healthy and nutritious dish. It can be consumed both as a side dish and as an independent food. Fried buckwheat is a rather rare way of preparing this cereal.

    • First way:
    • buckwheat - 1 tbsp.;
    • vegetable oil;
    • 2 eggs;
    • garlic powder;
    • butter - 70 g;
    • soy sauce.
    • Second way:
    • 1 onion;
    • 300 g of buckwheat;
    • vegetable oil;
    • - salt and pepper.

The first way

First, sort out the cereals well, separating the buckwheat from various impurities and spoiled grains.

Step 2

Rinse the cereals thoroughly in cold running water, changing the water several times. Wash buckwheat until clear water. Place in a colander and drain well.

Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over low heat. Put buckwheat in it and fry for 3-5 minutes.

Add 1.5 cups boiling water to the pan, cover and simmer over low heat for another 15-20 minutes.

Heat the butter in a clean, dry skillet. Beat the eggs with a fork in a small bowl. Pour into a skillet. Fry with constant stirring until tender.
