It is necessary

  • - 220 g flour;
  • - 50 g of potato starch;
  • - 140 g of sugar;
  • - 1 tsp baking powder;
  • - 100 ml of milk;
  • - 2 eggs;
  • - 160 g butter;
  • - blueberries;
  • - zest of 1 lemon.

Instructions

Step 1

Take the oil out of the refrigerator in advance so that it softens. Put the oven to heat up to 190 degrees. Beat it with a mixer with white sugar.

Step 2

Sift the flour. Divide the eggs into yolks and whites. Warm the milk slightly and add baking powder to it. Combine it with sifted flour, lemon zest, butter mixture, starch and yolks. Stir until smooth.

Step 3

Beat the whites separately until firm peaks. Gently, using a spatula, mix the whites with the rest of the ingredients and add the blueberries last. Stir again quickly, but so as not to crush the berries.

Step 4

Put in a mold (if not silicone, it should be greased with oil) and bake for about 50 minutes in a preheated oven. Enjoy your tea!
