Chicken fillet is an ideal solution for those cases when there is not a lot of time to prepare a dish. It is enough to cut it into small pieces and fry it with spices and a little sauce.
It is necessary
- - 2 strips of bacon;
- - 1 chicken breast;
- - 1 stalk of leeks;
- - a pinch of salt;
- - black pepper and ground paprika;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - 180 ml of chicken broth;
- - 100 ml sour cream;
- - a spoonful of flour.
Instructions
Step 1
Chop the leeks finely and cut the breast into cubes.
Step 2
Fry the bacon until golden brown.
Step 3
Put the leek and chicken in the pan where the bacon was fried.
Step 4
Fry, stirring occasionally, for 6 minutes.
Step 5
Add salt, pepper, paprika, sliced bacon and pour in the broth. Bring the chicken and broth to a boil, cover with a lid, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 6
We mix sour cream and flour. Add the sauce to the chicken and simmer for another 2 minutes. You can serve chicken with pasta or any other type of pasta.
