Sea, river, lake fish is a very useful product, so it is imperative to include fish dishes in your diet.
To prepare this delicacy, we need:
- 600 gr. fish fillet,
- 200 gr. canned green peas,
- 100 g butter,
- Red pepper,
- 1 kg. young potatoes,
- 50 gr. wheat flour,
- 300 gr. fresh mushrooms,
- 1 small horseradish root,
- 200 gr. cream,
- dry seasoning for fish (a mixture of spices and herbs),
- salt.
Cooking method
We take your favorite fish, clean it, gut it, rinse it well, remove all the bones and cut it into portions. Mix the salt with black pepper, rinse the mushrooms thoroughly and cut into slices. Then we take the horseradish root, rinse well under running water, clean and rub on a fine grater. Mix the cream with the remaining flour. We take a suitable pot for potatoes, pour water and set to boil.
Wash the potatoes, peel off the young peel and put in boiling water, salt and cook until tender. Rub the fillet with a mixture of salt and black pepper, roll in flour, fry on both sides in butter. Add chopped fresh mushrooms, simmer them with fish for a few minutes, add green peas, grated horseradish and add a little dry seasoning. Then pour all this with prepared cream and flour and cook for a few more minutes. We serve the finished fish with boiled young potatoes.
