- Recipe number 3:

Instructions
Step 1
Recipe number 1. Rinse plums well, put in a saucepan. Rinse the cherry leaves well and add to the saucepan with the plums. Add water, sugar, citric acid. Bring the resulting mass to a boil. Then simmer for 30 minutes, stirring vigorously. Cool, strain, and add 0.5 liters of vodka for every 2 liters of solution. Roll up in banks (sterilize banks). Remove to a cellar or basement for 2 months. The liquor can be stored longer. And the longer, the tastier it is. When you decide to open it, you can again add 0.5 liters of vodka for every 2 liters of drink. But it will turn out to be a very strong drink.
Step 2
Recipe number 2. Take 3 liters of vodka and pour into a 3-liter jar. Add potassium permanganate there. Close and put in a cool, dark place for a day. After a day, strain the contents of the jar and add sugar, baking soda, salt, vanillin, coffee, nuts and cloves. Mix everything vigorously, then close and remove for two days. After being drained and consumed, it can also be rolled up and stored in a cool, dark place.
Step 3
Recipe number 3. Take cherries, rinse them well, sort. Fold in a 3-liter jar, add sugar, fill everything with vodka. Close with a capron lid, put in a cool dark place to ferment for ten days. Strain after ten days.
