Delightful champagne Mondoro Asti has a rich fruity bouquet of flavors and aromas and belongs to the class of elite sparkling wines. It is rarely mixed with other drinks, but it is still sometimes used in cocktails. Needless to say, they instantly create an atmosphere of celebration and good mood.
Cocktail with Mondoro Asti "Strawberry Kiss"
Ingredients (for 2 servings):
- 200 ml Mondoro Asti;
- 40 ml Crème de Fraise strawberry liqueur;
- 6 fresh or frozen strawberries.
Chill Mondoro Asti in the freezer. Rinse the berries, put them in a blender glass and pour over with liquor. Grind everything into a homogeneous mass and transfer to two narrow tall wine glasses. Top up the cocktail very slowly with champagne, being careful not to create a high foam and keep most of the bubbles. This drink is perfect for a romantic evening or a get-together with friends.

Ingredients (for 2 servings):
- 150 ml Mondoro Asti;
- 50 ml Crème de Banane banana liqueur;
- 100 ml of fresh orange juice;
- 4 slices of orange;
- 2 ice cubes.
Mix banana liqueur and orange juice in a shaker, shake vigorously for 10 seconds, then pour into glasses. Add sparkling wine there and toss in ice cubes. Peel the slices of citrus from films, cut each into several parts and gently dip into cocktails. Decorate them with paper umbrellas or figurines on wooden skewers.
Blue Angel
Ingredients:
- 200 ml chilled Mondoro Asti;
- 40 ml of Blue Curasao liqueur;
- 40 ml lemon juice;
For a frosty rim:
- 40 ml lemon juice;
- 20 g of white sugar.
Make a beautiful frosty rim by turning the glasses upside down, alternately dip their edges in lemon juice and sugar. Let the grains gain a foothold. Pour the liqueur into a serving bowl and dilute it with ice cold Mondoro Asti. Pour lemon juice into the cocktail drop by drop and insert straws.
Liquid cocaine
Ingredients (for 1 serving):
- 100 ml Mondoro Asti;
- 30 ml of vodka;
- 60 ml Red Bull Energy Drink.
Place all ingredients in the freezer for 10-15 minutes, then combine them in a glass. Be careful with this cocktail, after it you will feel an extraordinary surge of energy, but also some disorientation, hence the name of the drink. It is recommended only for experienced lovers of alcoholic energy mixes.
Cruchon with Mondoro Asti
Ingredients (for 6 servings):
- 750 ml Mondoro Asti;
- 300 ml of Bacardi Superior rum;
- 150 ml passion fruit syrup;
- 500 ml of peach juice, ready-made;
- 2 lemons;
- 1 orange;
- 6 strawberries;
- crushed ice.
Take a decanter, fill it with ice to a third of its volume. Peel and randomly chop fruits and berries and place in a bowl. Pour all over with rum, peach juice, syrup, stir and "dilute" Mondoro Asti.
