    • 3 l of water,
    • 1 kg of lingonberries,
    • 1 kg of beets
    • 200 g of sugar or honey.

Instructions

Step 1

Lingonberry juice with mint: Wash the lingonberries and pick out sprigs, leaves and spoiled berries. Boil water, put the lingonberries in a glass dish and pour boiling water over them so that the water covers the berries by 1-2 cm.

Step 2

Mash the mint leaves to create a distinct smell, add sugar and mint to the water. Close the glassware with a lid, wrap it in a towel and leave to infuse overnight or for 4-5 hours.
