Canapes are tiny sandwiches, no buffet table can do without them. Preparing canapes is very simple - you just need to cut the ingredients using molds or a knife, string them on skewers and that's it - they can be eaten without any cutlery!
Canape "Oliva"
Structure:
- 4 slices of wheat bread;
- 100 g of processed cheese;
- 50 g butter;
- 1 egg;
- 4 olives;
- mayonnaise.
Spread butter, then mayonnaise on small round slices of bread. Boil the egg, cut into slices, place in the middle of each canapé, cover the egg with a slice of processed cheese.
Decorate ready-made canapes with olives, pierce with skewers.
Canape "Bogatyr"
Structure:
- 8 slices of bread;
- 20 g of sour cream, grated horseradish;
- 8 radishes;
- fresh parsley.
Mix sour cream with horseradish, spread the mixture on slices of bread. Place the radish slices on top. Decorate the canapes with fresh parsley and skewer.
Canapes with cheese
Structure:
- 5 slices of bread;
- 5 slices of hard cheese;
- 100 ml of mayonnaise;
- 2 boiled eggs;
- salt, herbs.
Chop boiled eggs, mix with mayonnaise, add salt, chopped herbs.
Spread the mixture on the bread, put a slice of cheese on top, grind with skewers.
