Chicken liver, fried with eggs and onions, is an old Romanian dish, the recipe of which has been passed down from generation to generation for many years. Wonderful Romanian chicken liver is combined with buckwheat.
It is necessary
- - 350 grams of chicken liver;
- - 1 small onion;
- - 2 eggs;
- - salt and black pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the chicken liver, thoroughly remove the remains of the gallbladder, which is green, and films. Cut the liver into pieces about 1.5 by 1.5 centimeters.
Step 2
Chop the onion into cubes. Melt the oil in a skillet. Saute the onions for five minutes over medium heat.
Step 3
Add the raw liver to the skillet and mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Cook the dish until all the liquid has boiled away and the liver is golden brown. This will happen after about 10-15 minutes.
Step 5
Beat the eggs, salt and pepper, and mix well again.
Step 6
Pour the mixture into the skillet with the liver and continue to fry for a few more minutes.
Step 7
When the dish is cooked, remove from heat and serve warm.
