"Brizole" is one of the French chicken dishes. But it would be much more correct to attribute this term not to the name of the food, but to the method of preparation. In other words, brizol is a filling (most often meat), wrapped in an omelet, and then fried in a pan or baked in the oven. Anyone can cook such food. To do this, you need a simple set of foods that you will probably find in your refrigerator.

Instant Chicken Breast French Brizol Recipe

You will need:

- chicken breast - 450-500 g;

- red onion - 2 pcs.;

- chicken eggs - 5 pcs.;

- ground black pepper, salt;

- sunflower oil for frying;

- frying pan.

To prepare this wonderful French dish, first remove the skin and bones from the chicken breast. Rinse the fillet under running water and pass through a meat grinder or chop with a knife as fine as possible. Remove the husk from the red onion, chop it in a blender or with a meat grinder (knife) and add to the chicken. Add half a teaspoon of ground black pepper and salt to taste, then mix well together.

Now let's prepare the egg filling. Break the chicken eggs into a deep plate and beat them with a fork until they form a light foam, season with salt and pepper. Form flat patties from the onion and chicken mass. In this case, about 2 tablespoons of minced meat should go to one workpiece.

Take a frying pan, pour sunflower oil (40-45 ml) into it and heat it properly. After that, take the cutlets, dip them one by one in the egg batter and immediately place them in a hot pan. Pour the rest of the batter evenly on top. Once the bottom is browned, use a spatula to flip the brizoli over to the other side. Serve the finished dish immediately, sprinkle with chopped herbs

Homemade brizole recipe with minced chicken and pickled cucumber

Ingredients:

- minced chicken - 400 g;

- chicken eggs - 6 pcs.;

- milk - 6 pcs.;

- pickled cucumber - 1 pc. (instead of it, you can take several pickled mushrooms);

- mayonnaise - 1 tbsp. l.;

- cheese - 150 g;

- garlic - 3 cloves;

- ground black pepper, salt;

- sunflower oil;

- baking dish.

Unlike the previous recipe, in this method, you first need to make omelette blanks. Mix one egg with one tablespoon of milk, add a pinch of pepper and salt each. Pour a little sunflower oil into a preheated pan and heat it. Then fry an omelet from the prepared egg and milk mass. Fry all the eggs and milk in the same way for a total of six omelette pancakes.

Place the minced chicken in a cup and mix it together with salt and black pepper. Cut the pickled cucumber into thin strips. If you have champignons, then chop them into small pieces. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Remove the husk from the garlic and crush through a press.

Put a tablespoon of minced meat, cucumber, garlic, a little mayonnaise in each mini-omelet and wrap in a tube.

Grease a baking dish with sunflower oil and place the blanks on it. Lubricate them with mayonnaise, sprinkle with cheese and place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes. These brizols can be served either as a separate dish or with any side dish.
