- For salmon and ham rolls:
- 2 sheets of Armenian lavash;
- 200-300 g of lightly salted salmon;
- 300 g veal ham;
- 200-300 g of processed cheese;
- greens to taste.
- For rolls with ham and feta cheese:
- 300 g ham;
- 150-200 g feta cheese;
- 2-3 st. l. sour cream;
- 200 g olives;
- 2 eggs;
- 1-2 cloves of garlic;
- 25 g basil;
- 25-30 g of dill;
- vegetables to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Baked ham rolls
Cut the ham into thin slices, gently, without bumps or holes. Grate the cheese, chop the garlic with a knife or using a garlic press, mix with cheese, salt and pepper, add sour cream, stir gently.
Step 2
Put the filling on a piece of ham, not quite in the middle, but closer to one of the edges, gently roll into a roll, fasten with one or two toothpicks. Grease a baking sheet with butter or cover with parchment for baking, put the rolls on a baking sheet, preheat the oven, bake the rolls for 5-10 minutes at 180-200 ° C.
Step 3
Fried ham rolls with mushrooms
Thoroughly rinse the iceberg lettuce leaves, dry and put on a plate, cut the cheese into thin slices, cut the ham into neat thin slices, the mushrooms into longitudinal slices.
Step 4
Take a piece of ham, put a slice of cheese on it, on top - several slices of mushrooms, roll it up, fasten it with one or two toothpicks. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, lightly fry the rolls - until golden brown, put on lettuce leaves.
Step 5
Rolls with salmon
Wash and finely chop the herbs, cut the salmon into thin slices, cut the ham into thin slices, take a sheet of pita bread and spread with a thin layer of cheese. Put salmon slices on the lavash spread with melted cheese, sprinkle with herbs, put slices of veal ham on the greens, roll into a tight roll and cut obliquely into two or four pieces.

Rolls with feta cheese and ham
Chop the feta cheese finely, wash the basil and dill, chop finely, crush the garlic, combine the chopped basil, dill and garlic. Boil the eggs hard-boiled, peel and finely chop, remove the bone from the olives (make a cross-shaped incision on the "crown" and press with a knife blade).
Step 7
Finely chop olives, mix eggs, olives with feta cheese and herbs, add a couple of tablespoons of sour cream so that the consistency of the filling becomes more uniform, but not liquid. Cut the ham into thin slices, place 1–2 teaspoons of the filling on each slice, roll up and secure with a skewer. Place whatever vegetables you like on the end of the skewer.
