Cookie cake is a real treat. The advantages of this dessert are that it does not require baking, but is done very simply and quickly. Various types of cakes can be made from cookies; cottage cheese, jelly and fruit cakes are especially tasty.
How to make a cookie and cottage cheese cake
You will need:
- 500 g of cookies;
- 300 g of cottage cheese;
- 1 glass of sour cream;
- 150-170 g of butter;
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar;
- 200 ml of milk;
- 100 g of milk chocolate;
- 2 tbsp. spoons of raisins.
Grind the butter and sugar until smooth.
Put cottage cheese in a deep dish, then add sour cream and beat with a mixer. Mix butter, grated with sugar, with this mass.
Divide this mixture into two equal parts and put the washed raisins in one of them.
Pour the milk into a shallow bowl and place the cookies in it for a couple of seconds, then place the softened cookies on a flat plate in the form of a square or rectangle (here you need to act carefully and quickly so that the cookies do not fall apart).
Spread the resulting layer of curd-creamy mass with raisins.
Then make two or three more layers in the same way. Do not forget to grease each one generously with cream.
On top of the cake, as well as its sides, coat with curd mass without raisins, then sprinkle it with grated chocolate.
Place the dessert in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. A cake of cookies and cottage cheese is ready.
How to make a cake from cookies and condensed milk
You will need:
- 500 g of cookies;
- 1 can of boiled condensed milk;
- 1 glass of pistachios;
- 100 g of butter;
- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of poppy.
Chop the pistachios and fry in a pan without oil.
Mix butter with condensed milk. Crush the cookies with your hands (not too hard).
In a deep bowl, mix the cookies with nuts and condensed milk, put the resulting mass on a flat plate in the form of an "anthill" and sprinkle the cake with poppy seeds (if you do not like the taste of poppy seeds, you can replace it, for example, with grated chocolate or cocoa powder).
Put the dish with dessert in the refrigerator for at least five hours so that the cookies are properly saturated with the aroma of boiled condensed milk.
