Cabbage rolls are a very common dish among Russian people. The recipe for stuffed cabbage usually includes meat and cabbage. This is a very satisfying and tasty dish, you just have to try it, and it will be cooked in your kitchen more and more often.

- - 800 g white cabbage
- - 0, 5 tbsp. rice
- - 1 onion
- - 1 tbsp. l. flour
- - 2 tbsp. l. tomato paste
- - 2 tbsp. l. sour cream
- - 2 tbsp. l. sunflower oil
- - salt
- - pepper

Step 1
Cooking stuffed cabbage is standard. Pass the meat through a meat grinder. Boil the groats in salted water. For 1 glass of rice, 2 glasses of water are taken. After cooking, cool the rice and add to the meat, mix.

Finely chop the onion, fry it in oil until golden brown. Add the finished onion to the minced meat, mix. Salt and pepper everything together.
Step 3
Separate large whole leaves from the cabbage head, place them in boiling water and cook for 5 minutes, remove from the water and cool. Put minced meat in each cabbage leaf, wrap the leaf in the shape of an envelope.
Step 4
Fry cabbage rolls a little in a pan in a little oil on both sides. Transfer the cabbage rolls to a saucepan.
Step 5
In the same pan in which the cabbage rolls were fried, pour in sour cream, tomato paste, water, add flour and salt, boil for several minutes. Pour cabbage rolls in a saucepan with this mixture. Simmer the dish over low heat for 35-40 minutes. The cabbage rolls are ready.
