Mushrooms must be washed and slightly dried before storing. It is not necessary to do this before direct preparation, as then it can become "limp".

To begin with, boil the mushrooms for half an hour in salted water, drain the liquid and put them in a pan with butter and chopped onions so that they are lightly fried. As soon as the onion becomes transparent and slightly yellowish, you need to put the sour cream and simmer the dish for five minutes.
Surprise potato pies
To prepare such pies, it is necessary to boil one kilogram of potatoes directly in their uniform, cool, peel and grind with a pusher, meat grinder or blender. Now the potato mass should be salted, add 2 eggs to it and stir. For the filling, caviar from frozen mushrooms, cooked above, is ideal.
