  • - powdered sugar - 40 g.

Instructions

Step 1

Fry almonds, hazelnuts and walnuts for a short time in a pan, cool, wrap everything in a towel and rub, shake it - an easy way to peel nuts. Chop the almonds and walnuts into large pieces and place with the whole hazelnuts in a deep bowl.

Step 2

Rinse the prunes under water, remove the seeds and cut into medium-sized pieces. Also cut dried apricots and figs, put this slicing on the previously prepared nuts, send candied fruits there.

Step 3

In a separate plate, mix flour with cocoa and cinnamon, only then pour into a common bowl.

Step 4

Pour honey into a small ladle and add sugar, stirring constantly, bring this mixture to a boil. Pour all the previously prepared ingredients with hot syrup and mix them very quickly.

Step 5

Put the dough in a prepared form (low) on a baking sheet and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, bake for half an hour, then sprinkle with powdered sugar on top.
