This is an old grandma's recipe. The pies are juicy and very tasty. Thanks to this recipe, pies can be prepared for breakfast or dinner for your family.

- - 0.75 glasses of milk
- - 0.5 tablespoon dry yeast
- - 70 g butter
- - 2 eggs
- - 2 tablespoons of sugar

Step 1
Heat the milk a little - it should be warm, but not hot. Sift flour, salt. Dilute dry yeast in milk. Add the remaining sugar and half the sifted flour. Stir the dough using a mixer. Cover the dough with a towel and place in a warm place for 2 hours.
Step 2
If your dough rises, you need to add butter and the remaining flour. Stir the dough until it is smooth, it should move away from the walls of the mold in which you knead the dough. Cover with a towel again and leave in a warm place for 2 hours. The dough should rise again.
Step 3
While the dough is coming up, start making the filling. The filling can be varied. Knead the dough into a thick sausage. Cut the dough into small balls about 2 centimeters each. Put the resulting balls in flour.
Step 4
Roll out the balls into a cake. Put the filling prepared in advance on the cake. We pinch the edges and give the cake a crescent shape. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, put a baking sheet with pies. Grease in advance with an egg and bake for 30 minutes.
Step 5
The oven must not be opened during baking so that the dough does not settle during baking. Reduce the heat when the dough is browned.
