Steamed fish retains all the beneficial properties. Pike perch with spinach make a very healthy and tasty duet. This dish is a great option for a light dinner.
It is necessary
- - pike perch fillet 230 g;
- - fresh champignons 50 g;
- - spinach 180 g;
- - lemon 1 pc.;
- - cream 70 g;
- - vegetable oil 50 ml;
- - basil 1 sprig;
- - cherry tomatoes 2-3 pcs.;
- - ground black pepper;
- - salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the pike perch fillet under running water, dry with a paper towel. Season with salt, pepper, sprinkle with vegetable oil. Place the fish in a baking dish and place in a double boiler for 10 minutes. Cook at 100 degrees.
Step 2
Peel the champignons, wash, cut into small pieces. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the mushrooms for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Wash the spinach, dry and add to the pan to the mushrooms. Simmer for another 3-4 minutes. Stirring without fail. Pour cream over the mushrooms, continue simmering for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Put the mushrooms and spinach in a heap on a plate, on top of the finished fish. Garnish with cherry tomato quarters and basil.
