  • - champignons - 300 g;
  • - large onion - 150 g;
  • - fish fillet - 800 g.

Instructions

Step 1

Combine salt, baking soda and flour. Pour in butter and sour cream. Knead a non-sticky soft dough. If you have runny sour cream, add extra flour. Wrap the dough in a plastic bag and put it in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling.

Step 2

Chop the onion finely, cut the mushrooms into halves, and then into slices. Cut the fish fillet into portions. Season a little and season with salt on one side.

Step 3

Preheat a skillet with vegetable oil over high heat. Place the fish pieces inside, salted side up. Fry until browned. You only need to fry one side.

Step 4

Remove skillet from heat. Transfer the fish to a baking dish with the fried side up. Pour the onion into the fish pan and put it back on the fire. Cook, stirring frequently, until the onions are soft and lightly browned.

Step 5

Add mushrooms to the onion. Fry the mass for five minutes. Add flour, pepper and salt, mix well. Pour in the cream and bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.

Step 6

Pour the onion-mushroom mixture over the fish. You can put finely chopped greens - parsley or dill. Remove the dough from the refrigerator, roll it into a circle similar in diameter to the shape.

Step 7

Lubricate the edges of the mold with water. Place the dough inside the mold. Press its edges into shape. Place the mold in an oven preheated to 220oC, bring the dough to brown for 20 minutes.
