Make a salad with trepangs. To do this, take 200 grams of boiled seafood and cut it into small pieces. Boil 4 potato tubers and chop into cubes. Peel and chop three boiled eggs. To make trepang soup, cut 100 grams of boiled trepangs and 500 grams of boiled chicken pulp into small pieces. Peel two fresh cucumbers and cut them into thin slices. Place them in a saucepan along with trepangs and chicken. Pour in hot chicken stock and add 80 grams of rice vodka. Season with one tablespoon of ginger and three tablespoons of soy sauce, salt to taste and pour into bowls. In order to cook trepangs with vegetables, take 300 grams of boiled seafood and cut into small pieces. Pour 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil into a preheated pan, transfer trepangs and fry over medium heat for 5 minutes. Chop 400 grams of fresh white cabbage. Peel 4 potatoes and cut into cubes. Cut one small carrot into slices. Chop half of the courgette and 3 tomatoes. Transfer all vegetables to a saucepan and mix them with trepangs, add another 100 grams of vegetable oil, cover and simmer over the lowest heat until the vegetables soften. Season with salt and pepper 5 minutes before cooking to taste.
