Step 1

Rinse the chicken legs with water and pat dry with kitchen paper towels. Prepare the chicken mixture: Combine olive oil, ground red and black pepper, coriander, minced 4 cloves of garlic and salt. Rub the legs with this mixture and leave them for 20-30 minutes.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into large slices. Cut large tubers into 4 parts, medium-sized tubers into 2 parts, leave small tubers whole.
