Step 1
Rinse the meat, drain the water, rub the meat with salt and pepper. Cut the onion into four parts, fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Prepare the sauce. Finely chop the dill, parsley, basil. Remove the zest from the orange, then squeeze the juice. Chop the garlic.

Combine herbs, orange juice, zest, pepper, garlic. Season the resulting mixture with vegetable oil.

Take a piece of meat and make several cuts. Fill the incisions with the prepared sauce. Place the meat and sautéed onions in a baking bag.
Step 5
Bake in the oven for 60 minutes at 150 degrees. After the expiration of the time, remove the meat from the bag, grease with sour cream and put in the oven for 20 minutes.
