Cutlets are a win-win hot dish, the recipe for which can be found in the arsenal of any Russian hostess. Fried meatballs, stewed meatballs, dietary meat balls - all this is now much more convenient and faster to cook with ultra-modern technology. Cook cutlets in a multicooker from meat or poultry, choosing the stewing mode or steaming.

- For stewed cutlets:
- - 250 g of pork and beef;
- - 1 medium onion;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - 2 slices of wheat bread;
- - 0, 5 tbsp. milk;
- - 1 chicken egg;
- - 2 pinches of ground black pepper;
- - 0.5-1 tsp salt;
- - 1 tbsp. boiled water;
- - 2 tbsp. sour cream and ketchup;
- - vegetable oil;
- - greens;
- For steamed cutlets:
- - 350 g chicken fillet (white or dark meat);
- - 1 onion;
- - 2 chicken eggs;
- - 4 tablespoons semolina;
- - 1/3 tsp ground white pepper;
- - 0.5 tsp salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Stewed cutlets
Rinse the pork and beef under running water, remove the films if necessary. Blot cuts of meat with paper towels and cut into cubes. Remove the husks from the onion and cut it into quarters. Peel the garlic cloves. Soak the bread in the milk.
Step 2
Combine all prepared ingredients and pass them through a meat grinder. Then knead the minced meat well with your hands and beat it off a little, for which drop it several times on the table from a height of half a meter. This will make the cutlets stronger and will not fall apart when stewing.
Step 3
Add the egg to the cutlet mass, pepper, salt and mix thoroughly again. Roll the meatballs in your palms soaked in water and press lightly on both sides, achieving an oval shape.
Step 4
Pour the vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and set the Bake setting for a few minutes. Fry the patties on one side only.
Step 5
Mix sour cream and ketchup in one bowl and dilute this mixture with water. Turn the cutlets over with a spatula, fill them with sauce and simmer, choosing the appropriate mode, for an hour. Sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs and serve with your favorite side dish.
Step 6
Steamed cutlets
Cut the chicken fillet into thin strips and then into tiny cross pieces using a sharp knife. Remove the shirt from the onion, chop the onion and add to the meat.
Step 7
Beat the egg with salt and pepper, pour into a bowl of minced meat, add semolina and stir well until smooth. Leave it for half an hour for the cereal to swell, so that future cutlets will turn out to be more elastic.
Step 8
Make nicely sized beaters and place them on the steam rack. Pour the required amount of water into the pan, select the "Steam cooking" mode and put the dish in the multicooker for 1 hour. During this time, prepare a healthy side dish, such as lean rice or fresh vegetable salad.
