Sour pancakes have a unique sweet and sour taste, they always turn out ruddy and fluffy.

Step 1
Egg, sugar and salt must be beaten with a whisk or mixer.

Add vegetable oil and boiled chilled water. Beat lightly.

Pour in sour milk. Instead, you can use kefir or, for example, the Ayran fermented milk product. Mix.

Add flour and baking powder. Mix. Let the dough stand for 10-15 minutes.

Heat the pan well and grease it with vegetable oil. To make a pancake, pour a scoop of dough into the center of the pan, then quickly spread throughout the pan. When the edges of the pancake begin to dry out a little, turn it over with a spatula. After the pancake is browned on the other side, remove it from the pan with a spatula and transfer to a plate. So bake all the dough. Before each pancake, grease the pan with a small amount of vegetable oil.

Sour pancakes are usually served warm and with sour cream.
