Salmon salad is a festive dish. This fish has a delicate and at the same time pronounced taste. An excellent combination of this fish with other products can not only decorate a festive table, but also please guests with a pleasant taste.

- salted salmon - 400 g,
- hard cheese - 200 g,
- potatoes - 3 pcs.,
- chicken egg - 3 pcs.,
- green apples - 3 pcs.,
- onions - 3 pcs.,
- vegetable oil - 50 ml,
- mayonnaise - 300 g,
- lettuce leaves - a bunch,
- red caviar - 50 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil potatoes and eggs. Cool and clean. Grate the potatoes with a coarse grater. Divide the eggs into whites and yolks, grate everything separately. Grate apples and cheese as well.
Step 2
Peel the onion, cut into half rings. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Add the onion and fry until golden brown.

Cut the fish into small cubes.
Step 4
Lay the salad in layers on a plate. Coat each layer with mayonnaise. Place the salmon and fried onions first. The second layer is potatoes. Then apples, then cheese. The fifth layer is proteins. Finish off the layers with yolks and some cheese.
Step 5
The collected salad must be kept for 3 hours in the refrigerator for better impregnation.
Garnish with lettuce leaves and red caviar before serving the salad.
