This salad is named light not because there is no mayonnaise in the composition, but for the ease of preparation. The taste and composition of this dish cannot disappoint just because it is harmonious.
It is necessary
- - slightly salted salmon - 150 g;
- - avocado - 1 pc.;
- - lemon - 0.5 pcs.;
- - red onion - 0.5 pcs.;
- - green peas (canned) - 150 g
- - chicken egg - 3 pcs.;
- - carrots - 1 pc.;
- - green dill - 5 pcs.;
- - mayonnaise - 2-3 tablespoons;
- - salt and black pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the eggs, boil them hard, cool and free them from the shell. Cut into cubes, place in a deep bowl.
Step 2
Wash and peel carrots. Crumble in approximately equal cubes, boil for 10-15 minutes over low heat, cool.
Step 3
Squeeze the juice out of half of the lemon. After peeling the avocado, cut it into small cubes and pour over the lemon juice. Finely chop the greens, drain the liquid from the green peas.
Step 4
Prepare the salmon either in cubes or thin plastics. Collect all the products in one dish, pepper, add salt or not, decide for yourself. Grease the food with mayonnaise and serve.
