Squid are unique seafood. Their meat is rich in protein, minerals, iron and phosphorus. They are easily absorbed by the body. There are a lot of recipes for salads with squid. For salad, squid is prepared in three main ways - boiled with a whole carcass, cut into strips and added to the salad raw.     • squid (fillet 300 gr);
    • potatoes (3 pcs.);
    • rice (100 gr);
    • onions (1 pc.);
    • eggs (4 pcs.);
    • carrots (3 pcs.);
    • canned cucumbers (3 pcs.);
    • mayonnaise (100-150 g);
    • canned green peas (200-250 gr);
    • salt;
    • pepper;
    • greens.

Instructions

Step 1

Pour the peeled squid with hot water, hold it in it for 3 minutes, peel it off the skin.

Step 2

Boil water in a separate saucepan. Add salt, bay leaf, peppercorns to it. Dip the squid into boiling water one at a time. Drop one first. Count to ten quickly and remove the squid with a slotted spoon. Wait for the water to boil again and lower the next squid. Take them out and put them on a plate.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, boil the carrots, potatoes and eggs. After that, fill everything with cold water, and then clean it.

Step 4

On a cutting board, cut the potatoes, squid into strips into small cubes.

Step 5

Grate the eggs on a medium grater.

Boil the rice in salted water for about twenty minutes. Rinse it with hot water and let the remaining liquid drain.

Step 7

Peel the onion, rinse under running water and chop finely.

Step 8

Open the green peas and drain the liquid from them.

Step 9

Cut boiled carrots and pickled cucumbers into strips.

Step 10

Wash the herbs. Dry and chop it finely.

Step 11

Take a deep bowl, combine all the ingredients in it, season them with mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Add greens. Mix everything well. Squid salad is ready! Skillfully and, most importantly, correctly made squid dish is very tasty, appetizing and easily digestible.
