  • Pasta with ham and zucchini:
  • - 500 g of spaghetti;

  • - 3 tomatoes;
  • - 2 zucchini;
  • - 1 sweet pepper;
  • - 100 g of lean boiled ham;
  • - dried oregano and basil;
  • - olive oil;
  • - salt;
  • - freshly ground black pepper;
  • - fresh basil for garnish.
  • Spaghetti with ham and cream:
  • - 500 g of spaghetti;
  • - 100 g of bacon;
  • - 200 g lean ham;
  • - 4 eggs;
  • - 200 g of parmesan;
  • - 6 tomatoes;
  • - 200 g of mushrooms;
  • - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of cream;
  • - salt;
  • - freshly ground black pepper;
  • - olive oil.

  • - 500 g of spaghetti;
  • - 300 g broccoli;
  • - 250 g lean ham;
  • - 3 cloves of garlic;
  • - olive oil;
  • - a bunch of parsley;
  • - salt and pepper.

Step 1

Pasta with ham and zucchini

Spaghetti with zucchini is not only delicious, but also looks beautiful. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, remove the skin, remove the grains. Chop the tomatoes, ham and zucchini coarsely into strips. Pepper, peel from partitions and seeds, cut into thin slices. Fry chopped garlic and onion in hot olive oil until golden brown.

Put tomato slices, zucchini and pepper in a pan with onions. Season with salt and pepper the mixture, add dried oregano and basil, fry a little, add water and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Boil the spaghetti in salted water, add a spoonful of olive oil and stir. Throw the paste in a colander, let the water drain. Cut the bacon into small cubes, place in a pan and fry for a few minutes, stirring occasionally. Slice the ham thinly and add it to the bacon. Fry for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Scald the tomatoes with boiling water, remove the skins and seeds. Chop the pulp and add to the pan. Put the mushrooms there, previously washed, peeled and cut into thin slices. Simmer the mixture over low heat for 10-15 minutes.

Beat eggs with salt, freshly ground black pepper and cream. Turn off the heat under the ham and mushroom skillet, pour the egg and butter mixture into it and stir. Leave the sauce to sit under the lid for 5-7 minutes. Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water, discard in a colander, mix with olive oil. Place the spaghetti on warmed plates, top with grated Parmesan and top with hot creamy sauce. Serve immediately.

Try a low-calorie dish with pasta, ham, and vegetables. It does not contain fatty sauces and is perfect for diet food. Boil broccoli in salted water and discard in a colander. Let the cabbage cool and cut into cubes. Grind the garlic in a mortar and sauté in a skillet with olive oil. Add broccoli and diced ham, stir in, add chopped parsley. Grate the Parmesan.
