The dream of any child is semolina without lumps. It would seem, what could be easier - to cook semolina? But when it comes to the process itself, many parents do not cope - and terrible tasteless lumps appear in the semolina. Naturally, children do not eat such porridge or eat through force. But you can make semolina with any child's dish! The lump-free semolina recipe is simple.
Instructions
Step 1
You need to cook semolina porridge in a small container, four "children's" or two "adult" portions is the maximum. Try to keep the saucepan or ladle unenamelled.
Step 2
Cook semolina in a mixture of water and milk 1: 1 or 1: 2. If you cook semolina porridge only with milk, there is a great chance that it will thicken. It is better to thin it slightly.
Step 3
Salt and sugar should be added to milk in advance, as soon as it boils.
Step 4
Semolina should be added to boiling milk, pour it from the bag in a thin stream, while constantly stirring the mixture. You should not add a lot of semolina, proceed from the amount of half a glass per liter of water or milk.
Step 5
Now you need to wait for the milk to boil a second time. At the same time, you need to stir the porridge all the time.
Step 6
When the milk boils again, turn off the gas and remove the container with porridge from the stove. Add a little butter to the porridge. When it melts, you can lay out the semolina without lumps on the plates. Now that you have done everything right, the semolina will not thicken and get lumps, even if it is not interfered with.
