Step 2

Coarsely chop 5 cloves of garlic and 50 grams each of parsley and dill. Stuff the belly of the perch with the leftover sauce mixed with herbs and garlic. Line a baking sheet with foil, place the fish on it and bake at 200 ° C until golden brown.

Step 3

Prepare sea bass with tomatoes. To do this, sprinkle 600 grams of fish fillets with 2 teaspoons of salt, 1 teaspoon of pepper and sprinkle with 50 grams of lemon juice. Place the perch in a deep oiled baking dish.

Step 4

Coarsely chop 1 bunch of green onions and 2 garlic cloves. Scald 2 large tomatoes with boiling water, then peel and cut into cubes. Chop 50 grams of dill as small as possible. Fry the onion and garlic in vegetable oil until transparent. Add tomatoes, dill to vegetables and simmer for about 3 minutes.

Step 5

Pour in 250 grams of dry white wine, salt and pepper to taste, then bring the mixture to a boil and put on top of the fish. Sprinkle vegetables with bread crumbs and place the fish in an oven preheated to 200 ° C. After 20 minutes, add 50 grams of grated cheese and place in the oven for another 10 minutes.

Step 6

Prepare the mushroom seabass. To do this, grate 100 grams of celery root and carrots on a coarse grater, and cut 300 grams of mushrooms into small cubes. Fry the mushrooms in a hot dry frying pan until the excess liquid evaporates, then add the vegetable oil and vegetables. Cook everything together for 5 minutes.
