Charcoal grill, charcoal package, fresh squid carcasses - 1 kilogram, vinegar 9% - 100 milliliters, garlic - 4 cloves, vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons, tomato paste or ketchup - 4 teaspoons, coriander - 2 teaspoons, a mixture of dry bell peppers - 2 teaspoons, black ground pepper - 0.5 teaspoon, granulated sugar - 2 teaspoons, salt, lemon - 1 piece, a few sprigs of dill and parsley

Step 1
Rinse squid in running water, peel, dry. Prepare the marinade, for which add 300 milliliters of water to the vinegar and then add all the ingredients, namely tomato paste, a mixture of bell peppers, black pepper, sugar, a pinch of salt, chopped garlic. Mix everything well.
Step 2
Put the prepared squid in the marinade and mix everything well with the squid and put it in the cold. Squids should be marinated for at least 2 hours. And best of all, on the eve of a picnic, prepare the squid and leave it in the marinade in the refrigerator overnight.
Step 3
To light the coals, the heat from the coals must be strong. Grease the wire rack with vegetable oil and place the pickled squid in it. The frying process lasts 5 - 10 minutes, during this time, turn the grill with squid 2-3 times so that the carcasses are evenly browned on all sides. Readiness is determined when the squid carcasses acquire a yellow-brownish tint.
Serve with lemon wedges, herbs.
