Chicken with potatoes - these products go well in any form: both boiled and fried. But if you bake them together, you can significantly save time by preparing the meat and side dish in one dish.

- onions and garlic:
- 1 chicken (about 1 kg);
- 3 onions;
- 1 head of garlic;
- 6 medium-sized potatoes;
- 1 tbsp hops-suneli (or ground paprika);
- salt
- ground black pepper;
- sleeve for baking.
- For chicken with potatoes and tomatoes:
- 500 g potatoes;
- 1 medium sized chicken;
- 2 tbsp vinegar;
- 300 g of tomatoes;
- 200 g mayonnaise;
- 5 cloves of garlic;
- 100 g of cheese;
- 1 tsp Sahara;
- salt
- ground black pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Chicken with Potatoes, Onions and Garlic Take fresh chicken. Rinse under cold water, pat dry, place in a large bowl or plastic bag. Pass four garlic cloves through a garlic press. Mix salt, black pepper to taste, spices, add a teaspoon of vegetable oil for a bunch.
Step 2
Brush the outside and inside of the chicken with the prepared mixture, place in a marinating container and leave for 40 minutes. Prepare the vegetables: peel the potatoes and onions, the remaining garlic, wash, cut the potatoes in half, the onion into quarters, and leave the garlic whole.
Step 3
Place the marinated chicken in a baking bag, and place the potatoes, ray and garlic there too (the vegetables should not be on top). Clamp the upper part of the sleeve with a special clip, leaving some free space in the sleeve for loose distribution of the contents. In the upper part of the bag, pierce several small holes (you can use a knitting needle, any thin piercing object).
Step 4
Place the bag on a baking sheet, preheat the oven vigorously, place the baking sheet on, reduce heat to medium and bake until tender.
Step 5
Chicken with potatoes and tomatoes Cut the tomatoes into large cubes, put in a bowl, add mayonnaise, pepper, salt, chop the garlic and add to the mixture, then sugar and two tablespoons of vinegar. Wash the chicken and place in the sauce, marinate at room temperature for an hour.
Step 6
Wash and peel potatoes, cut into slices. Cut the chicken into portions. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil, put the chicken, next to it - potato slices, pour the sauce. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle. Preheat the oven, put a baking sheet in it, bake until tender.
