Instructions
Step 1
Sift granulated sugar. It is better to take a sieve that is not too large. After you sift the sand, wash it, you will need it for filtering.
Step 2
Crack the eggs and separate the white from the yolk. Pour the whites into a container, and pour the yolks into granulated sugar. Mash the egg yolks thoroughly with sugar. Add some vanillin if necessary and stir well.
Step 3
Heat the milk. Put the mixture in a saucepan, cover with hot milk and stir. Place the saucepan over medium heat and heat, stirring constantly. The mixture is very easy to digest, so you need to monitor it carefully. Wait for the contents of the pot to thicken slightly. The foam from the surface should disappear by itself, you do not need to remove it.
Step 4
Remove the pot from the stove. Strain the mixture through a sieve and refrigerate. At this stage, you can add raisins, nuts, soft caramel, marmalade, chocolate chips to ice cream. Pour the resulting mixture into an ice cream container and place in the freezer.
Step 5
Remove the ice cream just before serving and place in the bowls. If you wish, you can add a little syrup to it, sprinkle with coconut or chocolate chips.
