Having previously treated the seafood cocktail mixture with boiling water (pour boiling water over the seafood or cook for 10-15 minutes), leave it to dry in a colander. At the same time, heat a spoonful of vegetable or olive oil in a frying pan, fry the onions and garlic until golden brown on them. In a separate saucepan, combine the stir-fry and seafood. Cut the tomato and bell pepper into cubes, also sauté over low heat, stirring constantly. Add toasted vegetables to seafood with onions and garlic, pour tomato juice into a saucepan and simmer. Add spices to the pot, preferably saffron and a mixture of Provencal herbs. Bring the soup to a boil. After all, add a spoonful of lemon juice to the pan, stir and simmer the soup for another 5 minutes.

You can add an egg to the soup if you like. In a small bowl, beat a couple of eggs, then pour them into the boiling soup in a thin stream, stirring constantly. Turn off the heat and let the soup steep for 5 minutes.

Pasta with seafood

To make seafood pasta, you need pasta, seafood shake, 10% cream, cheese, vegetable and olive oil, garlic, black pepper, and leeks.

Send pasta to boiling water. While they are cooking, fry the garlic in olive oil. Add seafood to it. If you bought a boiled-frozen cocktail, you don't have to boil it first, just defrost it. Simmer the mixture in cream over high heat for about 5 minutes. Reduce heat, add cheese and leeks to the skillet. Simmer for another 5-7 minutes.

Drain the pasta and add olive oil and pepper (to taste). Put them on plates, adding the cooked seafood sauce in parallel to the boiled pasta. If you wish, you can sprinkle everything with cheese again and garnish with basil leaves.

To prepare a seafood salad, you need to purchase a seafood cocktail, green salad or dill, parsley or leeks, garlic, cherry tomatoes and avocado. For dressing - olive oil and black pepper.

Boil seafood in boiling water (3-5 minutes), drain the water, dry the product. Meanwhile, place lettuce leaves or herbs on a plate. Cut the avocado and cherry tomatoes into small wedges and place on top of the herbs. Squeeze the garlic on top. Spread seafood on the resulting mass, mix gently, and pour over with olive oil and black pepper sauce.
