Step 1

Beat the minced meat thoroughly in a bowl, then cover with cling film.

Prepare two pieces of plastic wrap, place one on a cutting board. Form a small ball of minced meat and place on a board. Cover it with a second piece of plastic. Using a rolling pin, gently roll the ball into a cake, the height of which should be at least four millimeters, and the diameter should not be larger than the pan in which you will fry the brizol.

Pour a small amount of beaten eggs into a flat plate, and then gently transfer the cake to this mixture, after removing the film on which you rolled the brizol from it.

Grease a skillet with vegetable oil and place the tortilla from a plate on it with the side that you dipped in the egg mixture. Pour the rest of the eggs into the skillet. Roast for five minutes, then use a flat spatula to flip over and fry again.

Step 7

Place the finished tortilla on a cutting board, and while it is warm, shape it to the desired shape. Basically, brizol is rolled into a tube or folded in the shape of a cheburek.

Step 8

While the meat pancake is cooling, prepare the filling. There are many variations, and you can use whatever you like. It can be mayonnaise with garlic and pickles, olives or olives.
