Beef brizol is a hearty and at the same time delicious dish made from eggs, minced meat stuffed with pickled cucumbers. Brizol is translated as omelet or fried eggs.
It is necessary
- - 400 grams of ground beef;
- - 2 tbsp. mayonnaise;
- - pepper and salt.
- - 1 clove of garlic;
- - 5 eggs;
- - 2 tbsp. ketchup;
- - 1 egg white;
- - vegetable oil;
- - salted cucumbers.
Instructions
Step 1
Salt and pepper the minced meat, add the egg white and stir well.
Step 2
Divide the minced meat into 5 equal parts, make balls out of them.
Step 3
Spread a plastic wrap on the table, put the meat balls, flatten with your hands, you should get a circle with a diameter of about 15 centimeters.
Step 4
Beat the egg with a pinch of salt. Transfer the mixture to a flat plate.
Step 5
On top, gently turn the meat pancake over using plastic foil.
Step 6
Heat some vegetable oil, gently transfer the minced meat with the egg to the pan. Cook for about 5 minutes.
Step 7
Flip the pancake over and cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 8
Prepare all the brizols in the same way.
Step 9
Place ready-made brizols on a plate on top of each other, meat side up.
Step 10
Toss the mayonnaise with the minced garlic. Brush the mixture over the meat side of the pancake.
Step 11
Pour ketchup on top, put pickles, previously cut into thin strips, on half of the brizols.
Step 12
Wrap the other half.
