- Oat flour 5 tbsp
- Egg 1 pc.
- Milk 2-3 tbsp.
- Cinnamon
- Honey
- Vegetable oil

It is very simple to make oatmeal - we take regular oatmeal (not instant) and grind it in a blender. You can interrupt the entire pack at once, pour it into a bag and put it back into the box, it's much more convenient. Not only pancakes can be baked from such flour. It can be added to baked goods using only half of the wheat flour and the rest replaced with oatmeal.
Step 2
First, mix the liquid ingredients - drive an egg into the milk and beat well with a fork. Meanwhile, pour cinnamon into the oatmeal (to taste at your discretion), mix, and after that pour in the milk-egg mixture.
Step 3
Our batter is almost done. It is necessary to mix it thoroughly so that there are no lumps (this is important!).
Step 4
If you have a non-stick frying pan, you can do without vegetable oil. If not, sprinkle the pan with oil and lay out the dough: one tablespoon - one pancake.
Step 5
They are fried quite quickly, in 1-2 minutes. on the one hand, therefore, I do not advise you to be distracted, there is a possibility that the pancakes may burn.
Step 6
