In appearance, a salad with fish and crackers may seem inconspicuous, but if it is beautifully decorated, then it is able to decorate even a festive table. A salad with canned fish is being prepared; sprats, saury, and tuna are also suitable. It is better to make croutons on your own from white bread.

- For four servings:
- - a can of canned fish;
- - a can of canned peas;
- - 3 eggs;
- - 2 pickled cucumbers;
- - 1 onion, 1 carrot;
- - mayonnaise, white bread, salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare croutons. Cut white bread into small cubes, spread on a dry baking sheet, put in the oven, dry at 150 degrees. Make sure that the croutons do not burn, they should turn golden. Cool the croutons.
Step 2
Pour the finished croutons with canned oil, mix, leave to soak.
Step 3
Peel the onion, boil the eggs, cool and also peel, cut everything into small cubes. Cut the cucumbers too, mix. Add green peas without liquid, grated boiled carrots to vegetables and eggs.
Step 4
Mash canned fish with a fork, mix with croutons and a mixture of vegetables and eggs. Season with mayonnaise, salt to taste, and ground pepper can be added for flavor.
Step 5
Do not wait until the croutons are completely soft, serve the salad with fish and croutons immediately to the table. To make the salad look more beautiful, cover the bottom of the salad bowl with green salad leaves.
