The salad with croutons and beans, the recipe for which is presented below, is not only a hearty dish, but also incredibly tasty.
This salad can be prepared for any holiday or on an ordinary weekday.
It is necessary
- - half a can of white canned beans;
- - half a can of canned corn;
- - 200-250 g of boiled sausage without fat;
- - 100 g of cheese (any hard cheese will do);
- - two fresh cucumbers;
- - head of garlic;
- - a bunch of green onions;
- - 50 g of croutons;
- - salt, pepper, mayonnaise.
Instructions
Step 1
The first step is to prepare all the ingredients: open the jars of beans and corn, drain the marinade and separate the required amount of food, peel the garlic, wash the cucumbers and herbs in cold water.
Step 2
Next, put the beans and corn in a deep bowl, mix. Chop sausage and cucumbers finely in random order (you can pre-cut the peel from cucumbers if it is hard or slightly bitter), put in a bowl with beans and corn.
Step 3
Grate cheese on a coarse grater (you can chop it finely and finely), chop onion and garlic (garlic can be passed through a garlic press). Put the cheese and onions in a bowl, and mix the garlic with mayonnaise and leave for a few minutes (to prepare this salad, you can use not only mayonnaise, but also natural yogurt, the dish will ultimately turn out to be less nutritious and more tender).

Next, you need to mix the salad, salt, pepper, season with mayonnaise (yogurt) with garlic and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes (more is possible). Croutons must be added to the dish only before serving, so that they do not have time to lose their crispness.
Step 5
For a salad, you can use either purchased croutons with different tastes, or make them yourself at home from ordinary bread. To prepare them, you only need two or three slices of bread (any), vegetable oil and any spices that you like.
Crackers are prepared as follows: 50 g of bread must be cut into cubes and dried in the oven at a temperature of 90-100 degrees for 15 minutes, then pour a little vegetable oil into the pan, put the dried bread and sprinkle with spices, fry over high heat until browning.
